Exclusive Membership Terms of Agreement

This Exclusive Membership Terms of Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the nature of participation for women accepted as Exclusive Members of Elite Brazil Matchmaking Co. (“Elite Brazil”).

Exclusive Membership is complimentary. While our clients are the paying side of the service, Elite Brazil maintains equally high standards of professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence for all members of its community.

​

This Agreement exists to ensure clarity, mutual respect, discretion, and alignment throughout the matchmaking process.

1. Nature of Exclusive Membership

​

1.1. Exclusive Membership with Elite Brazil is offered by invitation and acceptance only and is entirely discretionary.

​

1.2. Membership is non-commercial. No fees are charged to Exclusive Members, and no financial obligations are created by this Agreement.

​

1.3. Elite Brazil curates introductions on behalf of its male clients and does not guarantee matches, outcomes, timelines, or relationships.

​

1.4. Either party may pause or conclude membership at any time, with discretion and respect.

2. Discretion & Confidentiality​

 

2.1. All information shared with Elite Brazil, as well as any introductions, communications, identities, or interactions facilitated through the service, are strictly confidential.

2.2. Exclusive Members agree not to disclose, publish, forward, screenshot, or otherwise share any private information related to Elite Brazil, its clients, or other members, without explicit consent.

​

2.3. Discretion applies before, during, and after any introduction or interaction.

​

3. Exclusive Member Commitments​

 

As an Exclusive Member, you agree to participate in good faith and to uphold the standards that define Elite Brazil.

This includes:

​

• Being truthful, transparent, and sincere during interviews, screening, and conversations

• Keeping your personal information, availability, and photographs accurate and up to date

• Communicating in a timely, respectful, and considerate manner

• Showing up prepared and present for introductions you have approved

• Providing honest, thoughtful, and respectful feedback after encounters, allowing Elite Brazil to refine compatibility and offer support

• Treating every interaction with kindness, maturity, and integrity

• Informing Elite Brazil promptly of any changes to your relationship status or availability

• Upholding a level of emotional intelligence, elegance, and openness that reflects the values of Elite Brazil

 

These commitments exist to protect you, the client, and the integrity of every introduction.

4. Elite Brazil Commitments & Scope of Support​

 

4.1. Elite Brazil commits to conducting its matchmaking process with discretion, professionalism, care, and respect for all Exclusive Members.

​

4.2. Elite Brazil provides personalized guidance, feedback, and support throughout the matchmaking process, including reflective conversations intended to help clarify preferences, experiences, and alignment.

​

4.3. This support is provided solely within the context of matchmaking facilitation and does not constitute psychological counseling, therapy, or professional advisory services.

​

4.4. Elite Brazil Matchmaking Co. facilitates private introductions based on information voluntarily shared by clients and members. While care is taken to curate introductions thoughtfully, Elite Brazil does not conduct exhaustive background, criminal, financial, or psychological investigations, nor does it verify information beyond what is reasonably available through the matchmaking process.

4.5. Exclusive Members acknowledge that Elite Brazil’s role is limited to facilitation, curation, and support, and that all personal interactions, decisions, and assessments remain their own responsibility.

5. Autonomy & Boundaries​

 

5.1. Exclusive Members retain full discretion over all introductions and participate only in those they freely choose to explore.

​

5.2. You retain full autonomy over your personal choices and may withdraw from any interaction at any time.

​

5.3. Elite Brazil does not act as a guarantor or decision-maker for personal relationships.

​

​

6. Alignment & Membership Continuity​

 

6.1. Elite Brazil reserves the right to pause or conclude Exclusive Membership if alignment with the values, expectations, or standards of the service changes.

6.2. Any such decision will be handled discreetly and respectfully. No explanation beyond misalignment is required.

7. Acknowledgment

 

By confirming acceptance of these Terms via Elite Brazil’s SmartMatch platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to participate in Exclusive Membership in good faith, with respect for yourself, others, and the process.​​​​
